General Terms of Sale

- Inspection of Product upon receipt
- You must examine the Product and Accessories when you receive them.

Shipment and Title
P Touch/P Guard will arrange to ship the product and accessories to your address per your request. Title to the Product and Accessories passes to you upon delivery to the carried and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

P Touch/P Guard Limited Warranties
P Touch/P Guard Systems
P Touch/P Guard warrants the system to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase including parts and labor.
System upgrade, P Touch/P Guard Corp.  Warrants only new upgrade parts from the date of installation or modified the specification only 15 days; after 15 days all warranty will be serviced directed by the manufacture.

All other Parts
All other products carried and sold by P Touch/P Guard are subject to carries 30 days limited warranty. For clearance items, No refunds are allowed for clearance items. All product denoted by (*) are to be serviced directed by manufacture after 30 days of the original receipt.

Technical Service
For technical service performed by P Touch/P Guard there will be 90 days warranty for labor. (In store only)

Exclusions:
Under P Touch/P Guard warranty and support program, coverage will not apply to defects or damage resulting from:
                * Improper packing during return shipment to us
                * Damages for loss of data or software restoration
                * Disasters such as floods, fires, winds, earthquakes or lightning
                * Failure to provide the proper installation equipment
                * Peripherals not purchased from P Touch/P Guard or authorized attachments
                * Service by another service center
                * Any other type of abuse, misuse, physical damage or neglect
                * Or where the serial number or rating label has been removed, defaced or altered

Return and Exchange Policy:

For items purchase from/in a P Touch/P Guard retail store and http://www.ptgtouch.com are final.
                * No refund are allowed after purchased (If refund is applicable, please see restocking fee below)
                * P TOUCH/P GUARD reserves the rights to charge restocking fee to any customer up to forty percent (40%) due to excessive returns. The definition of “excessive” is at sole discretion of P TOUCH/P GUARD store manager.
                * Shipping, Customs fee (for International customer) and handling fee are not refundable
                * Original receipts are required for any return and exchange.
                * Most items including clearance items purchased from P TOUCH/P GUARD retail stores or http://www.ptgtouch.com  and become defective within thirty days (30) from the date of purchase with the original receipts are eligible for exchange. All items must be in new and resalable condition, including the original packaging, box, manuals and accessories missing item will be deducted from your refund.
                * Special order items are subject to forty percent (40%) restocking fee if returned.
                * Open merchandise, open software, CD titles and books may only be exchanged for the exact same item and may not be returned for a refund.
               
Method of Refund
Refund on cash or ATM purchases under $250.00 will be paid at the time of product return and upon product inspection. Refunds on cash in excess of $250.00 and check purchases will be issued by check from P TOUCH/P GUARD corporate office within fourteen (14) business days of the return date. Refunds on purchase made with a credit card will only be made to the same card. Every return check from customers is subject to a $ 30.00 service charge.

Manufacturer Rebate Information
Rebate and coupon offers provided by manufacturers are subject to terms specified by the manufacturer.

P TOUCH/P GUARD Repair Services:
When customers authorized P TOUCH/P GUARD perform repair and/or upgrade service on their Digital Video Record System (DVR), computer systems their should assume all liability and responsibility caused by any service,
Customers should also understand the following may occur:
                * Any upgrade, repair and/or service may void the original manufacture’s warranty
                * P TOUCH/P GUARD is not responsible for any software issues
                * P TOUCH/P GUARD is not liable or responsible for any and all computer(s) or parts left after ninety days (90) of written notice of completion of the service, repair and/or upgrade.
                * If customer has a service, repair and/or upgrade balance due or is unpaid, the serviced surveillance system, computer and/or parts shall become the property of P TOUCH/P GUARD after ninety (90) days of written notice.
                * P TOUCH/P GUARD does not guarantee the integrity or validity of any data transfers. Customer should perform back up all data which are stored in their DVR system /computers before they can send to P TOUCH/P GUARD for any service.

Exclusions:
Under no circumstances is P Touch Inc., & GUARD Corp.
